Personal Hobbies

I currently maintain 2 aquariums. I started out with a 20 gallon freshwater in 2000 which has now grown into a fully planted 55 gallon.

In January of 2004, I started up a 35 gallon bow-front Marine Reef aquarium. It currently has 20 lbs of Fiji live rock, 3" deep sand bed, 1 yellow damsel, green brain coral, yellow polyp coral, red polyp coral, soft mushroom coral, sifting starfish, ~10 scarlet red hermit crabs, 3 turbo snails, cleaner shrimp, and an emerald crab.

Hardware: CPR-BakPak Skimmer, Eheim Canister Filter, 2 Hydor 350 poweheads, 200w heater, and surface fan for temperature consistency.

The freshwater aquarium has 3" deep sand/rock bed, 2 pieces of dark brown driftwood, Tetratec Filter, Powerhead, and many inhabitants. 2 mating angelfish, 2 cory, 10 lemon tetras, 10 headlight tetras, 1 zebra danio, 1 pictus catfish, 1 bristlenose pleco, and 1 standard pleco. My live plants range from wysteria to micro swords, to onions.

In addition to maintaining my aquariums, I collect DVD's and dabble in the Bass Guitar. I play an Ibanez 4-string bass, and you can view my DVD collection at dvdProfiler.
